Pooja Jain is the Founder & CEO of Innov8 Consulting LLC, a strategic advisory firm helping companies across the built environment scale AI, digital platforms, and breakthrough technologies. Her journey spans 25 years, seven continents, 200+ infrastructure projects, and some of the world's most climate-sensitive environments.
But what defines her work is a relentless focus on innovation that actually works—on the ground, in the field, and in the boardroom.
Before founding Innov8, Pooja launched and led a corporate incubator at a global engineering firm—catalyzing digital growth, commercializing emerging tech, and creating one of the first partnership programs for early- and growth-stage startups in the AEC sector. She now partners with startups, Fortune 500 companies, and public agencies to move from innovation theater to executive action.
Pooja is also a Adjunct Faculty at Stanford University's School of Engineering, for a graduate level course called "AI Applications in AEC Industry" (CEE329) and oversees industry relevant AI for AEC research. She serves on the Board a sustainability tech startup and on the advisory board to two AEC startups.
